Community Room
The Community Room is available to rent in 2-hour blocks for special occasions such as showers, graduations, and reunions.
$50 per hour for a member/ $65 per hour for a nonmember; accommodates up to 75 guests.
Birthday Party
The Birthday Party Package is a 2-hour rental that includes the use of the community room for the length of the party and the choice of one of the following activities: gymnasium, indoor pool, or soccer field for one hour.
$200 for a member/ $250 for a nonmember. *
An After-Hours Party is available on Sundays from 6-8pm. $300 for a member/ $350 for a nonmember. *
*Accommodates up to 22 guests which includes the adult booking the party and the birthday person. Additional guests are $10 per person.
Additional Information
- A Rental Application must be filled out and turned into the front desk for all rentals.
- Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the requested date.
- 15 minutes before and after the event are allowed for set-up and tear-down. If extra time is needed, the community room must be rented for an additional 1 hour (Birthday Party Package) or 2 hours (Community Room only)
- Renters are expected to clean up after their event. Cleaning supplies will be provided.
- Food is allowed to be brought in for events but must remain in the community room. There is no stove or refrigerator available.
- Standard room setup is 4 tables with 6 chairs per table. If additional tables/chairs are required, it is the responsibility of the person booking the event to set-up and tear-down tables and chairs as needed.
